Frank Perez Francisco J. Perez
CEO, Kettering Health Network
Frank has strategic, policy and governance responsibilities for Kettering Health Network and its affiliates, including Kettering, Grandview, Sycamore, and Southview Medical Centers, Greene Memorial Hospital, Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center and 57 satellite health centers. He enthusiastically supports innovative use of information technology to improve efficiency and communication in health care and to provide patients with better access to medical information.

Fred Manchur Fred Manchur
President, Kettering Health Network
Fred moved into the position of president for Kettering Health Network in January 2009, overseeing hospital systems operations for the six KHN hospitals and their affiliates, as well as Network joint ventures. Fred previously has served with great distinction as president of Kettering and Sycamore Medical Centers, and as KHN executive vice president. He has been very instrumental to the exceptional growth of KMC in recent years.


Roy Chew Roy Chew
President, Kettering Medical Center
Roy G. Chew, PhD, became president of Kettering Medical Center in February 2009. Prior to this, Dr. Chew served as president of Grandview and Southview Medical Centers for 10 years, leading them to extraordinary achievements. During his tenure, Grandview gained more national awards for quality and safety than all others in Ohio, and experienced significant increases in patient and staff satisfaction. Dr. Dr. Chew is one of the most respected community leaders in the Dayton area.


Richard haas Richard Haas
President, Grandview Medical Center
Richard became president of Grandview and Southview Medical Centers in February 2009. As senior executive officer for Sycamore Medical Center for eight years, he directed significant growth that improved the facilities, patient satisfaction, clinical quality, employee satisfaction, and relationships with the medical staff and surrounding communities. Richard has led many major construction and renovation projects that have contributed to the growth of the Network.


Michael R. Stephens Michael R. Stephens
President, Sycamore Medical Center
Since 1996, Stephens has been President and CEO of Greene Health Partners, the parent corporation of Greene Memorial Hospital (GMH) which he has been president of since 1993.


Timothy A. Ols Timothy A. Ols
President, Southview Medical Center
Since 2002, Ols has been Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of GMH, leading hospital operations such as Nursing, Ancillary Services and Surgery, and the Beavercreek Health Park. Ols has made key contributions on most hospital committees including Senior Management Group; Board Finance Committee, Board Strategic Planning, and the Board Quality Committee.


Gregory C. Henderson Gregory C. Henderson
President, Greene Memorial Hospital
Henderson has performed since 2002 as Senior Executive Officer and Vice President for Plant Engineering and Construction for the Southview Medical Center campus, managing a staff of 542 employees and an operational budget of $64 million. He was liaison for the State of Ohio and initiated many significant programs including the Joslin Diabetes Center.
